I'm just some chick who likes to whine -- and what better medium than a blog?

I'm from Vancouver, Canada, and yes, I've lived here all my life. I have a latent obsession with Europe, and at times it is almost palpable. Almost. I also like cats, books, video games, hockey, and music, although none of what I'm saying here is very telling. If you really want to know me, you will read my words and stalk my blog and micro-blogs. That being said, a few of my favourite things include Doctor Who, Adventure Time, A Song of Ice and Fire, Kamelot, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Metalocalypse, anything Hugh Laurie, and Mozart.
