Strangeness of Life

Before I make my lunch, wash my hair, and work hardcore on my CPSC assignment, I'm gonna blog.

So today was a fun day. Kinda. As fun as a school day (especially Monday) can be. I did my CPSC labwork at home so me and Serena ran around looking for the oh-so magical MUSIC LIBRARY.

But alas, it evaded us. D: On the way, we discussed a great many things. We discussed Clara Schumann, the OUCH-MY-FRAKKING-EARS quality of lots of "new world" classical composers (circa 1900-present), piano majors, CSI, and a great many other things I've forgotten. But on our epic journey, we also learned about each other. I learned that she sees colours with numbers, and she learned of my sound/colour weirdness.

Hm. Okay. And a bit of weirdness that I have noticed for a week now.
So in my CPSC lecture, there's this (cute, kinda baby-faced, white) dude who, last Monday & Wednesday, chose to sit 1 or 2 seats away from me. On Monday, his friend came 20 minutes late and sat between us. That might not sound too weird, but this is a class of 100+ and he didn't sit (kinda/not really) with me two weeks ago -- it just started happening last week. "So what happened on Friday?" you maybe asking. Well, on Friday I have a discussion far far away right after CPSC so I sit at the very back. So I sat down at the back, right by the door. And then I saw that dude sit down kind of near where we usually sit and he cranes his neck and starts looking around. I don't know what that means. I can assume a great many things, but I won't.

Right. So today is Monday, which means I have CPSC lecture. This morning in lecture, I sat in roughly my usual spot (sometimes I switch between row 5 and 6) and lo and behold, guess who sat down 1 seat away? Yeah, that's right. And then his friend came in maybe 5 minutes later and sat between us. But I totally saw his friend trying to look either at me, or at what I was writing (which was a combination of lyrics/prose). Again, I don't know what to make of this -- NO ASSUMPTIONS, NO, BAD BAD.

What I DO know is that that dude and his friend are hilarious. Like seriously. For one of the examples in class, our prof asked for another name for a counter variable (a variable that counts how many times an action is done) and they yelled, "COUNT CHOCULA!" I don't think that I've laughed this hard during CPSC ever before.

AND this dude is smart. Seriously. This CPSC assignment that I'm struggling over, he was DONE last week. I AM SO JEALOUS.

So I guess the questions currently on my mind are:
- why the crap is this dude suddenly sitting within 2 seats of me?
- was he looking for me (holy crap why?) on Friday?
- can he help me with my assignment? (pretty please?)
- will I ever be able to play the guitar as well as Dr. House? D:

i washed my hair already :D

theres this character in HEROES who can also see colours in sounds... except.. i think she's deaf...

anyways when saw this street performer play his cello, she saw pretty blue and purple colours and then she tried it out and liked it a lot.

then when she came home, she played her cello, but she was angry, so the colours came out red and bright and she took one final stroke on the cello and BOOM her wall had a huge crack :D

i cant find the video D:
