FML & Fright Nights

Today, I went to a 'haunted' theme park, actors had been trying to scare me the whole night. I was waiting by an outdoor heater for my friend when a hand came out of nowhere close to my face. I screamed at the top of my lungs, but it was only some chick wanting to warm her hands by the heater. FML
Lol! I love those actors! <3
So weird that Fright Nights made it onto FML. o_o

I hate to be racist, but...
*sigggggggggggggh*
Okay, there's this group of 15 Chinese people standing right in front of me. And they're speaking very loudly. In Chinese. I am so white-washed, I can't even tell if it's Mandarin or Canto (lol ya ya, I fail).
There is a covered area nearby. Not just the one right in front of me. Could they kindly please stand there?
I hope they don't want to buy tickets. I imagine that it would be like them yelling at me in heavy accents.
I am making assumptions. Maybe they will make an ass out of me. But I kind of doubt it this time.
I feel overwhelmed.
Some lady just asked for a refund 'cause the ride is temporarily not working.
And this motherfreakin' plexiglass in front of me makes it impossible for anyone to hear me.
It's only 7:04pm.
It's going to be a very looooooooooooooong night.

lolololololol I forgot about pt. 2, but that's alright. No one ever said that I was good at math. x)
I am at work right now and there aren't too many people out near me except for the Hellevator ridespeople. They are not an especially friendly bunch, but oh well.

Okay so I'm going to talk about today.
I will start with the beginning of the day. I already blogged before school (because I was just that freakin' bored) so I'll cut to CPSC lecture since it was first class.
I sat in my usual Monday/Wednesday seat. I decided against sitting at the back of the room (my usual Friday seat) because when I sit at the back of the room, the seat next to me always gets filled within, like, 5 minutes. And I didn't really want that.
So I sat down in my usual seat and I was feeling pretty weird. A huge part of me had this feeling that the seat next to me would remain empty for the entire class. I mean, if you had witnessed the idiocy and absolute nubness I exuded the night before, you probably would have written me off as completely stupid and totally not worth trying to befriend (how do you guys put up with me?!). Oh my gosh, I am NOT even going to try and relay the messed up conversation we had last night. D: I think I need to stop listening to all the advice everyone gives me, lol. If he's not ready to accept my peace offerings, then so be it. I kind of like our STRICTLY FRIENDLY conversations anyways. :)

But anyway, the seat beside me did NOT remain empty. And that is the end of that. If you want more details, harass me personally and privately.
My other 2 classes went blah-ingly decent-ish, I suppose. Physics is always amusing. Especially since our prof isn't in this week and this crazy enthusiastic prof is filling in. Crazy. No lie.

So then I went home and was a creep again and found out that he's friends with a relative of mine. =___=
Which could make things very awkward. I told my mom and she's like: "Oh no wonder he talked to you, you look like her."
And I was like: "Really? o_o" Because no one ever told me of a resemblence. Not with her, anyway.
So now I'm not sure about anything.
All I'm sure about is that he is awfully awfully nice, but I think he just wants to be friends. And I guess I'm okay with that. I mean, for now anyways.

Oh hai. I just noticed that this post is hardly about Fright Nights.
Okay, so some Fright Nights info: it is raining (pretty hard as far as I can tell). I've sold about 6 tickets. I've only been here for 45 minutes and I feel like I should blog moar, but I have nothing else to say that isn't very very personal.

I AM DYING FOR SATURDAY. I really need to talk to a bunch of girls, all at once. JUST DON'T SAY THAT YOU'RE HAPPY FOR ME 'CAUSE I FEEL CONFUSED AND TIRED RIGHT NOW. That is not happiness.

Which reminds me, I wrote this "Happiness is..." poem months ago that I kinda liked. Kinda.

You know you've worked at HMV when you can hear the first 4 bars of a song and you know what band it is, and what the song's called. *coughACDCcough*
Ahem.
I actually quite like ACDC. I don't know why.
---
I want to talk to someone. :(

Oh my gosh, the ride operators are talking about PS3's. >___< And PS3's only remind me of one thing right now.

I'm really bad at this coming up with a title business.
By the by, have I mentioned the awesomeness that my brother possesses now thanks to his Beginning Guitar teacher? No, I don't think I have. I will (hopefully remember to) take a picture later and upload it.
All I can say for now is that I hope I can trade my 4 decent-looking guitar picks for this bit of awesomeness he has. :)

Oh man, I just had this really bad dream about work. And then I woke up at like 6-something and couldn't really go back to sleep because I was all scared. I guess the worst part is that my dream took a real fear I have about today's shift and just played it out and twisted it around in more horribleness. So what happened at dream-Playland was that I picked up the wrong float and went to the wrong ticket booth. And then nothing was working and it was so busy that none of the supervisors had time to come and help me. Essentially, I was just feeling pretty darn awful. Now I'm scared that I'm going to have déja-vu (or maybe déja-vécu -- still got some of that French mojo going!). :(

I could blog about something else, but I'm just feeling really anxious and jittery about work right now. Like, oh my gosh, I feel like having a heart attack and I haven't even gotten to work yet. :(

And because I neglected to mention it yesterday, it has been confirmed that Alex is a broad. He practically said so himself. :)

I know some of you have been very excited lately (or happy for me, I've seen both terms used), but I DON'T KNOW, GUYS. D:
Anyhow, my mom told me not to let my heart get broken, but my reply was: "But then I can write better songs."
And her response: "Hmm, that's true actually."
So she left it at that.
Whatevs. I figure anything and everything I go through eventually is going to find its way into lyrics somehow, somewhere.
So there ya go.

Fright Nights pt. 1

So yesterday was my first Fright Nights shift.
Overall, I'd say that the park was decked out in pretty standard Halloween decorations.
My break was only 30 min. so I didn't go into any of the Haunted Houses (they had decent-sized lineups) but I overheard a guest saying that she badly wanted to revisit one.
I was expecting it to be pretty dead, but THERE WERE ACTUALLY PEOPLE, much to the chagrin of me and the Revelation ride operators.
But we were pretty freaking bored.
THE BEST PART WAS SEEING THOSE ACTOR PEEPS DRESSED UP AS CLOWNS AND SHIET. Loved how they freaked people out. And then they would walk by us to go to the break room and we would wave and be all like, "COME HERE!" but they just walked by and waved back. This one guy (in zombie makeup) bawked like a chicken for us, but that's about it.
AND THE WORST PART... is feeling like I'm hella behind in my homework (which I am). D:
